What we collect

Only what you send through the contact form: your name, email, country, the area of your property, your message and the language of the site you used.

Why

To answer your enquiry and, if you decide to work with us, to provide real estate services. The legal basis is your consent and, later, the steps needed before a contract.

Who sees it

Fábio, and the licensed real estate agency he works with when your enquiry becomes a service. It is never sold or shared for marketing. Form data is stored by Netlify, which hosts this site.

How long

Enquiries that do not lead to a service are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by replying to any email from us. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD.
