How we work, plainly.
Nothing to pay upfront
Selling: the fee is set in a written contract before anything starts, and is only due when the sale goes ahead. Buying: in Portugal the seller normally pays the agency fee.
Your money never passes through us
Deposits and payments go directly between the parties, by bank transfer and through the notary or lawyer. A power of attorney goes to your own lawyer, never to us.

Do I pay anything for this help?
In Portugal the seller normally pays the agency fee. If anything in your case is different, you will have it in writing before we start.
Can I buy without living in Portugal?
Yes. You need a Portuguese tax number (NIF), and a lawyer can handle most steps for you with a power of attorney. Non-residents now pay a flat IMT on homes, as explained in the buying guide.

Yes. Send us the link and we will tell you what it would really cost, and what to check before you visit.
