Thinking of selling your property in Portugal?
We help you see what it is worth and how to sell from abroad. It starts with a free written valuation: a realistic price range from recent sales nearby, the costs of selling and how long it should take. No obligation.
What you get, in writing.
Free, with no obligation to sell with us. Useful even if you are only deciding whether, and when, to sell.
A realistic price range
Based on recent sales of similar properties nearby, not on asking prices.
The costs of selling
Agency fee, documents and the points your accountant should check on capital gains, so you can estimate what you keep.
Time to sell, and what helps
How long similar properties take to sell, and which small works or documents would make a difference.
Two numbers, if works could pay
The likely price as it is, and after specific works with a real quote, so you can decide if renovating first is worth it.
Selling from abroad, step by step.
- Listen
A call about your situation, your timing and what you want to keep. No cost, no commitment.
- Value
A realistic price from recent sales nearby, and an estimate of your costs, to confirm with your accountant.
- Prepare
Documents, energy certificate, small fixes and photos, handled while you are abroad.
- Close
Negotiation, promissory contract and deed, in person or by power of attorney.
- After
Tax deadlines, utilities, keys, and a renovation plan if you bought.
How we work, plainly.
Nothing to pay upfront
Selling: the fee is set in a written contract before anything starts, and is only due when the sale goes ahead. Buying: in Portugal the seller normally pays the agency fee.
Your money never passes through us
Deposits and payments go directly between the parties, by bank transfer and through the notary or lawyer. A power of attorney goes to your own lawyer, never to us.
One contact, start to finish
The same contact from the first message to the deed, with a skilled team and trusted partners behind it. Write in English, German, French or Portuguese.
Licensed and in writing
Questions owners ask.
Do I need to come to Portugal?
No. A power of attorney, signed at a Portuguese consulate or before a notary in your country, lets your own lawyer sign the deed for you.
Is the valuation really free?
Yes. You get it in writing and decide afterwards, with no obligation to sell with us.
What documents will I need?
Usually the caderneta predial, the land registry certificate, an energy certificate and your NIF. We check what your property needs and help you get the rest. The full list is in the guide.
Who pays the agency fee, and when?
The seller. The fee is set in a written contract before anything starts, and it is only due when the sale goes ahead.
